Hi we are Debbie and Peter Payne and have been running our bed and breakfast since 1999. We love what we do and hope that we can offer you a comfortable and peaceful stay We have a no children policy, so that you have a chance to relax and unwind , enjoying a bit of me time.

All of our rooms have been refurbished and have space to move around. We have a great guest lounge, if you prefer to sit , read or watch TV out of your room. Your comfort is our priority and we hope we have achieved that here. We have one ground floor room available for those of you who don’t like stairs, just make sure you book by phone and not online so we can guarantee that room.

Please always feel free to ask us for help. If anything is not right in the room, give us an opportunity to correct it. Free parking on site, is a bonus in Bournemouth, meaning you don’t have to worry about the car. Free wi-fi throughout the property and Freeview TV always means you are connected and can ensure you don’t miss any favourite programmes.
